Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and lead team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 6 consecutive months of Jack in the Box experience and 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1-year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment
  • Knowledge of basic math concepts and ability to perform calculations accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
