Job SummaryThe Pulmonary Health Professional is responsible for assessing patients' pulmonary status, developing treatment plans, and evaluating patient responses to therapy. This role requires strong critical thinking and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' pulmonary status and develop treatment plans
- Provide pulmonary care services, including medication management and aerosol therapy
- Evaluate patient responses to therapy and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Associate's degree in respiratory therapy or related field
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification
- 1+ year of experience in pulmonary health
Norton Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
