Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks in our packing facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Document maintenance activities and update records as necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance experience, including a strong electrical background.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
  • Physical stamina to perform prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $24.90-$33.30 per hour depending on experience.
