Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

An exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) to join our team at Soliant in Fayetteville, NC.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to work with students in a school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators to support student success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, and North Carolina state licensure as an SLP. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
