Sales Manager Job Description

Sparrow Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive cement sales and marketing efforts in the Pacific Northwest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans to maximize market opportunities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and financial results.
  • Manage customer relationships and prospects to create value propositions that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead a sales team to meet and exceed key performance indicators while building a cohesive and engaged team.
  • Represent the company in industry stakeholders and associations to promote the use of cement and cementitious products with sustainability benefits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or at least 7 years of sales experience in the construction materials industry with at least 5 years supervising others in a management role.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Data mining and analytical skills with experience using Tableau for sales reports.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
What We Offer:
  • Salary range: $158,880 - $195,000 with a 15% bonus (capped at 30%) and a company vehicle.
  • 10 paid holidays and 3 weeks of vacation to start.
