The Premium Supervisor (Suites) position is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations at AEG. This role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Directly manage staff while maintaining direct interaction with customers to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance with corporate procedures.
- Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
- Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, research, and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Fast-paced problem-solving skills.
- Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Organized and ability to jump from task to task and prioritize as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to adapt to change quickly.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Must be able to read and maintain information.
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Able to move fast and act on assigned duties.
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to sit and use a computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time.
- Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.
- Follow and encourage team members to follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported.
