About the Role

The Premium Supervisor (Suites) position is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for supporting all food and beverage operations at AEG. This role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Directly manage staff while maintaining direct interaction with customers to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, research, and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Fast-paced problem-solving skills.
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Organized and ability to jump from task to task and prioritize as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Must be able to read and maintain information.
  • Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Able to move fast and act on assigned duties.
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and use a computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time.
  • Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.
Additional Requirements
  • Follow and encourage team members to follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company's risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported.
