- Possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in computer usage, typing, and mathematical calculations.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities:
- Rotate between the teller line and customer service desk to meet client needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, adhering to the principles of Service Beyond Expectations.
- Conduct routine banking operations, including deposits, check processing, payments, cash orders, and coin handling.
- Facilitate the opening of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts, encompassing loans and deposits.
- Assist clients with various account-related inquiries, including online and mobile banking services, debit card management, account reconciliation, maintenance, wire transfers, check orders, and overdraft support.
- Manage and assist with CDARS and IRA accounts and transactions.
- Contribute to the branch's sales and referral goals by identifying opportunities and making appropriate referrals.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of customer information, bank assets, and security protocols.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation and system entries to minimize risk while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
