Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures, maintaining equipment and supplies, and participating in clinical and clerical activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic medical sonography and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform ultrasound procedures, including portables, ER, general, and vascular scans
* Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal functionality and safety
* Participate in clinical activities, such as assisting with patient flow and care, performing testing, and assisting providers
* Participate in clerical activities, including registration, scheduling, filing, and telephones

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Certification from an accredited Sonography program preferred
* ARDMS Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers)
* Expected to acquire RVT certification within a timeframe established by supervisor
* BLS
