Under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Physician, you will provide nursing care for patients, assuming responsibility for data collection, monitoring, measuring, and documentation of patient responses.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care based on individualized plans of care as delegated by the Registered Nurse/Physician, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
- Monitor and document patient status and condition, including vital signs, and ensure accurate maintenance of patient medical records.
- Communicate effectively with Registered Nurse/Physician regarding patient activities, observations, and responses.
- Collect and document data as delegated by the Registered Nurse/Physician, utilizing specialized equipment as necessary.
- Administer and document medications per policy.
