We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a telemetry unit. As a Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment, tracking heart rhythms and vital signs to detect any abnormalities or changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment.
  • Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient status, initiating interventions as necessary.
  • Perform regular patient assessments, documenting changes in condition, symptoms, and responses to treatments in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Educate patients and their families on cardiac care, including post-discharge instructions, medication management, and lifestyle changes to support heart health.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Requirements:
  • Current RN state license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a telemetry or cardiac care setting.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and telemetry monitoring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
