At Wolverton Glen, a senior living community located in Ripon, WI, we are seeking a full-time Resident Assistant (RA) to enrich the lives of our residents.
Starting wages up to $16 an hour with shift differentials available. The position includes responsibilities such as:
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) for each resident, including dressing, undressing, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
- Maintaining safe transfer and ambulation techniques.
- Providing care for ADL devices, assisting with telephone calls, housekeeping tasks, laundry, mail delivery, and medication administration.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status to the Director/LPN.
- Conducting room checks and resident rounds.
- Monitoring for environment safety hazards and recording incidents or errors.
- Participating in and supporting resident-centered activity programs.
