At Eden Vista Ripon, we strive to create a warm and supportive environment where seniors can thrive. As a Caregiver/ Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
  • Follow the schedule of resident's needs set out by supervisor.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents.
  • Document daily log of assistance and inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
  • Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents.
  • Respects residents' confidentiality.
  • Be familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
  • Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Requirements:
  • You must have a passion for working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile.
  • Experience in long-term care or Assistant Living is preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
  • Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, vacation/holiday/sick time, and tuition reimbursement/student loan repayment program.
