Careers Integrated Resources Inc is seeking a skilled Process Mold Technician to join our team in the medical devices industry. As a Process Mold Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily support of processes, materials, and equipment for medical devices consisting of extruded components.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment issues to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
  • Modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers on continuous improvement projects and new product transfers.
  • Work with departmental customers to improve material/process quality and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices.
  • Identify and assist in resolving safety, health, or environmental issues associated with processes or equipment.
  • Train and provide technical support to product builders.
  • Assist in writing and executing validation protocols and technical reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Recent extrusion experience.
  • Knowledge of extrusion terminology.
  • Technical degree preferred.
  • On-the-job training experience.
  • Mechanical skillset, including previous machining and hands-on experience.
  • Polymer processing experience.
