This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and the ability to develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements
  • Design and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and processes
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Frequent computer work is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation and Benefits:
