Job Summary:

The Food Manufacturing Line Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations, meeting production goals and deadlines. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and guide the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Identify and address any machine malfunctions or operational issues
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure that work is evenly distributed
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that products meet quality standards
  • Act as a point of contact for team members and provide guidance to ensure smooth operation and adherence to procedures
  • Enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment
  • Keep accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any incidents or issues that occur on the line
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with experience in a leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and operational issues
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
