Job Summary

Perfection Commercial Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and professional Facilities Operations Manager to lead our commercial cleaning team in the Battle Creek area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of their assigned region of buildings, ensuring that our team meets the goals and objectives as determined by customer contractual requirements. This includes managing employee training and development, retention, and performance management, as well as developing high-quality, long-lasting customer relationships.

This position will be responsible for roughly 5-8 buildings within proximity to one another; the Facilities Operations Manager will take complete ownership of the buildings within their territory and cover cleaning services when custodial absences take place.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, development, training, and coaching directly or indirectly to assigned staff that represents the core values of Perfection Commercial Services Inc.
  • Responds to customer requests and work orders promptly, develops team for accountability; stays abreast of current issues, and looks for opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follows all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
  • Schedules & completes quality control walks and ensures equipment is clean and appropriate supply levels are maintained; audits and reinforces the practice of safe work habits
  • Ensures all team members understand company policies and procedures
