Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Component and Product Integration: Conduct thorough analysis and integration of components and products to ensure maximum performance and operability.

  • Requirements Management: Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down to ensure seamless integration.

  • Validation and Verification: Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system-level testing.

  • Configuration Management: Manage the overall product configuration and configuration control system.

  • Technical Expertise: Develop specialized knowledge in systems engineering and serve as a best practice/quality resource.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, lead small projects with moderate risks, and explain complex information to build consensus.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering or a related function.

  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Project Management Skills: Established project management skills.
