Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at HP Hood. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods in and out of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using a forklift and other equipment
- Verify product quantities and ensure accurate labeling and documentation
- Operate a stretch wrapper, dock equipment, and battery charger in a safe and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus
