We are seeking a skilled Nurse Clinician IV to join our team at UTMB Health. As a key member of our ICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care and lead the development of evidence-based standards of practice.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care through nursing practices based on the American Nurses Association Standards of Professional Practice and Professional Performance.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based standards of practice for the specialty area.
- Lead the interdisciplinary team in addressing patient care problems and direct others in responding to emergent or unusual situations.
- Take the lead in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and health system goals.
- RN with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and four years of clinical RN experience.
- Approved specialty certification and current BLS required.
- Must possess and maintain a current RN license or valid temporary permit to practice in Texas.
