Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer's team to ensure consistent quality and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate and forecast staffing requirements to meet customer needs.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training to ensure employees are ready for their assignment.
  • Perform quality control functions to ensure customer satisfaction across all levels of their organization.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Competencies

We value candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills, customer-service orientation, and intermediate technology skills, including Microsoft Office products. A background in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience managing 100 employees or more in a metric-driven environment is preferred.
