Digital Marketing Strategist

Influential is a leading technology company in the influencer marketing space, connecting brands with over 3 million social media influencers worldwide.
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive the planning and execution of our campaigns, focusing on delivering exceptional results for our clients. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, fostering innovation, and collaborating with clients to define and achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities- Partner with revenue and client solutions leads to develop data-driven strategies for a portfolio of accounts focused on driving new business and scaling existing accounts.
- Provide sound business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience.
- Drive the strategic direction for accounts by working directly with clients and account teams to align messaging, media distribution, and measurement approaches with client goals.
- Present and pitch strategic approaches and associated media strategies to clients, ensuring alignment of key performance indicators (KPIs) with successful business outcomes.
- Analyze campaign data, providing recommendations for adjustments and optimizations to improve performance and account success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of agency experience in media buying/planning, omni-channel marketing, or strategy roles.
- Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
- Expertise in media planning/syndicated research tools, social listening tools, and survey design/quantitative analysis.
- A collaborative team leader with excellent communication and project management skills.
- The ability to set up efficient processes, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 per year, depending on relevant work experience, subject matter expertise, and location.
