Sapphire Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Claim Manager to join our Risk, Claim & Contract Management department in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing claims, participating in contract amendments, and supporting contract creation and clarification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Management: Identify and implement claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract amendments, negotiations with customers and service providers, and lead negotiations, preparation, and follow-up.
- Process Improvement: Drive progress by managing contract and claim management processes, and enable development by leading optimization projects with a focus on business aspects and results.
- Communication: Communicate and negotiate with external customers and service providers, as well as internal stakeholders, and interface between internal technical, commercial, and legal departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract and claim management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
