Job Overview

Floor & Decor is seeking a skilled Design and Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing and selling flooring solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences
  • Design and present flooring solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Work closely with customers to ensure a seamless design and installation process
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
