Key Responsibilities

  • Club Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all departments are running efficiently and effectively.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of club operations, including inventory, sales, and customer data.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of employees, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide opportunities for growth and development.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making adjustments to operations and services as needed.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Financial Management
    • Manage club finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

  • Most of the time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces.
  • Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area with frequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises.
