Inventory Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at PharmaCann LLC. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Inventory Management:
- Manage the receipt, issuance, and storage of inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
- Receiving and Shipping:
- Inspect incoming shipments to ensure they meet purchase order specifications.
- Process documentation and update records accordingly.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Must be proficient in using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A minimum of two years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- A minimum of one year of experience with forklift operation.
- Must be able to be forklift certified.
- Demonstrated understanding of department supply items and equipment.
- Demonstrated understanding of packaging requirements for departmental operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics and inventory control.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.
- Must be able to secure a MED card.
- Must possess a valid Driver's license.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. PharmaCann LLC offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
