Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Inventory Specialist to join our team at UCHealth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, processing shipments, and ensuring that all medical supplies are readily available when needed.

About the Role

  • Restock incoming medical supplies and equipment, pull stock requisitions, and deliver them to the correct facilities.
  • Process receipts in our system, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate transportation of medical supplies to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail to accurately record receipts and manage inventory levels.
  • Showcase ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
