Dental Care Coordinator

At Midwest Dental, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting: Provide a warm welcome to patients, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Guiding: Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures, schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options.
- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care, treating everyone with respect and professionalism.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Accounts receivable collections experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.
$19 - $22 per hour.
