Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Server to join our team in our community restaurant. As a Server, you will help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
  • Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
  • Help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable).
  • Reset tables for the next meal service.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.
Requirements
  • A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus.
