Overview: The role of a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Services department is crucial for providing exceptional patient care. This position entails comprehensive responsibilities from initial patient assessment to final evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a valid nursing license in Florida and have completed an accredited nursing program. A minimum of one year of experience in an Emergency Department or similar clinical environment is required.
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Stroke are mandatory for this role.
