Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly check-out experiences, execute cash handling to standards, and engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and complete enrollments.
  • Store Recovery: Maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises, prevent shrink with great service, and deliver friendly customer service.
  • Merchandise Recovery: Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Omni Channel Processes: Assist with Omni channel processes and execute a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
  • Teamwork: Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or Customer Service Experience: Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Work Environment

Public retail store setting taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
