At Professional Hospitality Resources, Inc. and Ocean Beach Club LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lobby Ambassador to join our team. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Engage with guests, learn about their travel plans, and offer personalized recommendations and assistance.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the guest services team to resolve any guest issues or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and hotel amenities, providing guests with valuable insights and recommendations.
• Meet with management daily to review guest feedback, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
