Lobby Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Professional Hospitality Resources, Inc. and Ocean Beach Club LLC. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive first impression for our guests.
• Assist guests with directions, information, and amenities, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
• Work closely with the guest services team to resolve any issues or concerns, providing a seamless experience for our guests.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions, providing recommendations and insights to our guests.
• Participate in pre-shift huddles to stay informed about hotel events, promotions, and any other relevant information.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as valet, bellman, and front desk, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest experience.
• Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests.
• Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the lobby, and lift up to 25 pounds.
