About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Platform Operations Specialist to join our team at Health Care Service Corporation. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and operating the overall Broadcom Top Secret Security (TSS) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and operate the Broadcom Top Secret Security (TSS) system
  • Consult with end users, Engineering and Architecture to test, debug and implement applications to meet client needs
  • Perform root cause analysis of incidents impacting assigned platforms/tools and prepare remediation or escalate, as appropriate
  • Assess and refine existing procedures and processes for continuous improvement
  • Monitor assigned security tools for resiliency and availability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of combined IT and security work experience with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform environments

  • Knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms
  • Broadcom Top Secret Security system experience
  • Experience in Resource Access Control Facility (RACF)
  • z/OS DB2 experience

  • Problem solving / analytical skills, tools, and techniques
  • Results-oriented, continuous improvement mindset
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
