Kingston Rehabilitation Nursing Center, a skilled nursing facility and proud member of the Eden East network, is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our exceptional team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should be efficient, organized, a leader, and problem solver, and an all-around people person with a positive approach to overseeing the nursing and clinical care staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the quality of staff and motivating them to provide excellent quality services
  • Ensuring the efficiency and capacity of the nursing department to ensure the quality of care
  • Serving as a coordinator between facility employees and departments, maintaining administrative practices, philosophy, goals, and policies that assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
  • Coordinating direct care staff
  • Clinical follow-up
  • Arranging for staff call-ins

Qualifications:

  • Registered nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania;
  • Proven experience in a skilled nursing home environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Charge Nurse and lead Nurse;
  • Knowledge of federal and state survey processes;
  • Work history in the long-term care industry;
  • Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
