Job Summary

As a Mental Health Worker, you will play a vital role in providing patient advocacy and support through your own role modeling and communication. You will assist registered nurses in direct patient care, focusing on activities of daily living, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit. Your expertise will be invaluable in working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience working with mentally ill and/or developmentally delayed clients
  • C.N.A. certification preferred (2% pay differential available)
