Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Elementia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our products and services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
  • Identify advantages and compare our products/services with those of competitors.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber cement, building materials, or related industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Work Environment:

This position will require up to 75% travel within the territory/region.
