About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise a team of maintenance workers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
