We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Expert to join our team at MassMutual. As a key member of our Corporate Audit Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits and advisory services to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with professional standards and department policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business management and other stakeholders, providing value-added recommendations to drive positive change across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risks, ensuring the integrity of our financial services operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, applying your knowledge to inform audit strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with peers and clients to drive business value and improve internal controls, leveraging your expertise to make a meaningful impact.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on risk management and audit.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Professional certifications, such as CPA, CIA, or CFA, are highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
