Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must successfully complete all components of the evaluation process.

No Written Examination - Applications will be assessed for interview selection.

Performance Test: To Be Determined

An eligibility list will remain active for six months or until fewer than three candidates are on the list.

If five (5) qualified candidates from the Lancaster School District meet the job qualifications, the position will be filled on a promotional basis.

Minimum educational requirement includes a High School Diploma or equivalent AND:
* A Child Development Associate Teacher Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) or a higher credential.
* A valid California driver's license and insurability.
* CPR/FIRST AID CERTIFICATION.
* Two (2) recent letters of reference.
* To be eligible, all required documents MUST BE ATTACHED when submitting the application.
