Head Teller

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Head Teller to join our Kapiolani branch team. As a key member of our banking operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

• Provide top-notch customer service and support to our valued clients
• Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support bank goals by promoting and referring bank products and services
• Assist in the supervision of Branch Tellers and Branch operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience as an FHB Senior Teller; or 2 years' experience as an FHB Teller and cross-trained to perform supervisor duties; or 1 year experience as a Teller (or equivalent) in another financial institution with two years' supervisory and cashiering experience required
• Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred
• Pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers
• Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information

• Competitive compensation package, including $22.50/hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives
• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary); Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM (on a rotation basis)
