Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement estate planning strategies for clients
- Manage probate and trust administration cases from inception to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives to drive firm growth
- Ability to work independently while handling multiple files
- At least 2 years of experience as a probate attorney
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree and 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to local and state bar associations
- Excellent writing and communication skills, as well as time management and interpersonal skills
