Key Responsibilities- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Staff Leadership: Lead hiring, training, and evaluation processes to build a high-performing F&B team.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and other stakeholders to create and update menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
- Inventory and Procurement: Oversee purchasing of supplies, manage inventory, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring efficient procurement and inventory management.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Guest Relations: Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote an exceptional dining experience.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to keep staff updated on service techniques, food and beverage offerings, and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all food and beverages meet the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with event planners and other departments to coordinate food and beverage services for special events, private functions, and hotel promotions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and local licensing regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine, spirits, and cocktails. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders. Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of managing budgets and controlling costs.
