We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Starbucks area, by adhering to Target's cleaning and sanitation standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and procedures.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a retail environment.
