As a Bilingual Clinician, you will be responsible for providing individualized and group therapy sessions to children and teens aged 13-17. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients overcome various challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with children and teens, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote positive change.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case notes, documenting progress and recommendations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and strategies.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Education, with a clinical license (LMHC, LMFT, or LMSW) or eligibility for licensure.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least one year of clinical experience, with a strong background in working with children and teens.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
