Compensation: $25-$27 Per Hour - Comprehensive Benefits - Home Daily - Morning Shift
Must Hold a Valid Class A CDL
Tanker Endorsement Required - Hazmat Endorsement Preferred
In this role, reporting to the Row Crop Supervisor, the Tractor Operator will be tasked with the application of liquid and dry fertilizers, as well as chemicals to row crops, utilizing a tractor or truck.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing appropriate protective gear when handling chemicals, including goggles, respirators, gloves, boots, helmets, and coveralls as per Company Safety Policies.
- Ensure proper maintenance and care of all safety equipment.
- Operate company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies, including loading and unloading tractors onto trailers for job site transport.
- Safely manage the transportation, handling, and storage of Hazardous Materials and their containers.
- Efficiently apply fertilizers and chemicals (both liquid and dry) to row crops using a tractor.
- Load and unload necessary equipment, fertilizers, and chemicals for assigned tasks.
- Deliver liquid truck, dry tender, or pallet fertilizer as required.
- Maintain and service assigned equipment, reporting any issues to the shop supervisor.
- Collaborate with various departments to uphold cleanliness and organization within the facility.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and accurately complete inspection logs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid CDL A License with Tanker Endorsement.
- Hazmat Endorsement Preferred.
- 1-3 Months of Relevant Experience or Training.
- Pass DOT Physical Examination.
- Certified Forklift Operator.
- Ability to Lift 25-50 Pounds.
