Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support in all areas of human resources, including new employee onboarding, confidential file and document management, HRIS maintenance, and center-wide regulatory compliance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Support the recruitment and hiring process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
