Job Description:
The Dynamic Retail Solutions Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers, supporting and embodying a positive store culture, and maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor. The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Store Culture: Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Operations: Accurately rings customer purchases and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
- Merchandising: Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Recovery: Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Organization: Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Task Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time.
- Communication: Possesses strong communication skills.
- Lifting: Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
Salary and Benefits:
