The Client Service Associate is a vital member of the Mariner Wealth Advisors team, responsible for delivering exceptional client service and care. As one of the first points of contact for clients, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty.
- Manage the new client onboarding process, coordinating with other team members as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, both physical and electronic.
- Compile and review quarterly asset values for billing, invoicing, and other financial purposes.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the receptionist as needed.
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added services to clients and promote Mariner Wealth Advisors' offerings.
- Review and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in the financial services industry or relevant internship experience.
- Strong PC proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
