POSITION SUMMARY
The Automotive Product Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling new vehicles while adhering to dealership profit margins, sales volume, and customer satisfaction benchmarks. To excel in this role, candidates must effectively manage a variety of essential responsibilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are essential to the role. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary:
- Achieve monthly sales targets by selling and delivering a specified number of vehicles.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the inventory available at the dealership.
- Prepare complete sales agreements and manage documentation in line with dealership protocols.
- Utilize the dealership's sales process checklist.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Current auto insurance coverage.
- No prior experience or specialized training required.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
