Job Title: Senior Natural Gas Engineer

ARM Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Natural Gas Engineer to join our team in Canonsburg, PA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of engineers, scientists, CAD designers, GIS analysts, and other staff to deliver high-quality work products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the development, design, and permitting of multiple natural gas projects simultaneously.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentoring to teammates, ensuring the preparation and review of engineering designs and permit applications are accurate and complete.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain complex project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and lead a team to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure the team adheres to the scope of work, budget, and communicates effectively with key project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the annual revenue goal established in concert with the practice area leader and ARM President.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering discipline (Civil, Environmental, etc.).
  • 10+ years of experience in the natural gas and energy development industry, including design, permitting, operations support, and construction oversight project management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead teams with minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated mentality.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and teammates.
  • Knowledge of local, state (PA, OH, WV), and federal environmental regulations.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Pennsylvania Professional Engineer licensure, including the ability to acquire licensure in other states as needed.
  • Reasonably proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ARC-GIS, and other industry-specific software.
